Edward Collins, age 83 of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin died Monday, August 6, 2007 at St. Clare Hospital, Baraboo, Wisconsin.

Memorial funeral services will be held Thursday, August 9, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Picha Funeral Home in Lake Delton, Wisconsin with Monsignor Felix Oehrlein officiating. Visitation will be held at the Picha Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M.

Edward was born June 10, 1924 in Chicago, Illinois the son of John and Sarah (Stenmen) Collins.

He is survived by his children, Captain (retired) Michael (Kerri) Collins of Charleston South Carolina, Dan (Sue) Collins of Lake Villa, Illinois, Patti (Ted) Nichol-Ringler of Hudson Oaks, Texas, Robert (Monica) Collins of Antioch, Illinois, and Sue Collins of Lexington, Kentucky; sister, Phyllis Kurzeja (Collins) of Demotte, Indiana and Joan Mance (Collins) of Schrerville, Indiana; grand-children, Michael X. Collins, Christopher Nichol, Matthew (Meagan) Nichol, Candice Collins, Sarah Collins, Maggie Collins, Hailey Collins, Kaetlin Collins, Mackenzie Collins and numerous nieces and nephews and his first wife, the mother of his children E. Joyce Goetz. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Evelyn; brother, Phillip Collins and sisters Dorothy Paterno, Ruth Grassl and Mae Ingram.
