Adam Glenn
Schoenbeck
Jan 20, 1995 — Aug 17, 2022
Appleton
Adam Schoenbeck, age 27, of Appleton, Wisconsin, formerly of the Lake Delton area, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at his residence.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Gathering will be held at the Picha Funeral Home, 120 East Adams Street, Lake Delton on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with words of remembrance at 1:30 p.m. A procession to the Lake Delton Village Cemetery for inurnment will follow immediately.
Adam was born January 20, 1995 in Baraboo, Wisconsin, the son of Glenn and Betsy (Smalley) Schoenbeck. He grew up in Lake Delton, graduated from Wisconsin Dells High School, and furthered his education at U.W. Stevens Point where he earned his Bachelor's degree. Adam most recently worked at Midwest Contract Operations in Menasha, WI.
Adam was full of life, laughter, and had a world of hobbies and interests. When he wasn't pranking and giggling with his loved ones, he enjoyed playing video games, spending time outdoors on his various bikes, and kayaking on Wisconsin lakes and rivers, always with others. He enjoyed long games of disc golf with his friends and regular golf with his brothers-in-law. Adam and his fiancée were avid supper clubbers and brewery enthusiasts. With his family, he loved going camping every year and chatting around the large campfire he'd inevitably build, with a beer in hand. Adam was always the life of the party and brought smiles to any group he was in. When he was finally alone, he enjoyed winding down by reading fantasy and sci-fi books. Adam will be missed by many.
Adam is survived by his fiancée, Catherine Daley; parents, Glenn and Betsy Schoenbeck; sister, Erin (Matthew Miller) Schoenbeck; Auntie Sheri Krahn; uncles, Jay (Sue) Schoenbeck and Mike Schoenbeck; and his pets, Zazzle and Lucy. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Georgia Schoenbeck, and maternal grandmother, Joan Smalley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Stevens Point Rugby Team or Schmeeckle Reserve County Park of Stevens Point would be appreciated.
