Anita Connors, age 62, of Wisconsin Dells, WI passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at her home.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at Picha Funeral Home in Lake Delton. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M.

Anita was born January 17, 1963 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin the daughter of Julius and Edith (Nyitray) Fomotor. Anita Connors – a kind, compassionate and free-spirited mom, grandmother and friend who touched the lives of everyone she met. For more than 40 years, Anita worked as a skilled hair stylist and spent a few years dog grooming, earning the admiration of her clients and peers alike.

Beyond her personal life, Anitas greatest passion was rescuing and caring for animals. For over 20 years she opened her home and her heart to countless dogs in need, providing them with love, safety and a forever home. Her compassion for all living beings reflected the genuine kindness that defined her life.

Anita will be remembered for her sense of humor, her generous heart and her unwavering willingness to help other. She brought joy and laughter wherever she went and leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, care and compassion.

She is survived by her son Bobby (Linda); brother Julius (Barbara) Fomotor; sister Csilla Sandor, nephew Zach Piezach and 2 grandchildren Bobby Jr and Braydon. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Jimmy Connors.
