Barbara Bailey (nee Palmer), age 69 of Lake Delton, Wisconsin passed away peacefully Monday, February 20, 2023 at her residence with her family by her side.

At this time no services are planned.

Barbara was born March 19, 1953 in Reedsburg, Wisconsin the daughter of Orrin and June (Hathaway) Palmer.

Barbara is survived by a son, Timothy; daughter, Michele Gasser; brothers, Gary (Alice) Palmer, Denny Palmer, and Kevin Palmer; sisters, Karen Miller, JoAnn Palmer, Pam Frank, Laurie Palmer and Tina Lopez; grandchildren, Cloe and Tabitha and great grandchildren, Quinton and Greyson. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Judy Denman and brother in law, Mike Miller.
