Carmen N. Green, 89 years young, passed away peacefully December 14, 2023 at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

Carmen was born to Raynee and Jeanette Kromrey on July 10, 1934 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She graduated from Fall Creek High School in 1952 and was married to Roger W Green on May 30, 1955. Carmen is survived by her 4 children: Jonathan Green (Therese) of Madison, WI, Suzanne Raimer (Tom) of Fredonia, WI, David Green (Jill) of Portage, WI and Dan Green (Angela) of Windermere, FL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sister, Delores Wilke, her parents and her loving husband of 65 years. Carmen and Roger raised their 4 children in beautiful Lake Delton, all graduated from Wisconsin Dells High School. Carmen was employed by the County of Sauk for 25 years and retired as the Register in Probate in 1997. Carmen was an avid and accomplished bowler, she once beat the entire Stroh's Pros bowling team and received a jacket from them that said "I beat the Stroh's Pros". She loved to dance, play bridge and cribbage and entertain friends boating on the lake watching the Tommy Bartlett Water Show. She will be missed by her loved ones and friends.

The family is grateful to the staff at Autumn Lane in Baraboo's Oak Park for their compassionate care her last three years. A special thank you to the Doctors and Nursing staff at Saint Clare Hospital for her lifetime care and final medical care.

A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 1:30 P.M. at Picha Funeral Home in Lake Delton, WI. A brief visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 until the time of service at 1:30 P.M.

Carmen was a breast cancer survivor for 50 years. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society.
