Caroline "Tweeter" Blackdeer, age 67 of Baraboo, Wisconsin walked on Saturday, May 8, 2021.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Native American Church, N881 Highway 12, Wisconsin Dells with Gregory Blackcoon officiating. Burial will be at Decorah Cemetery near Black River Falls. Visitation will be held at the Native American Church on Monday beginning at 3 p.m. until the time of services on Tuesday.

Caroline was born July 27, 1953 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin the daughter of Alvin and Marjorie (Brush) Blackdeer. She graduated from Holmen High School in 1970 and later attended MATC in Madison, Wisconsin and received her LPN certification. Lately she has been working as a master artisan crafter. Caroline always had a smile, was loving and kind. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She also had a favorite drum group whom she dearly admired named the HoChunk Station singers, comprised of her grandchildren.

Caroline is survived by her sons, Dennis, Ian and Jalen; daughters, Ellen, Danielle, Natalie, Adrianne and Stefanie; sisters, Barbara Blackdeer Mackenzie and Patricia Lowe and 24 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
