Clarence "Bud" Edward Konemann, age 91, of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022, meeting his Beautiful Savior (a favorite hymn) at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, WI.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Lyndon Station, with Pastor Alan Boeck officiating. Burial will be at the Lyndon Station Village Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 8 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Conway Picha Funeral Home in Lyndon Station and again on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00. Military rites will be provided by the Maurice C. Havey V.F.W. Post 5970 of Lyndon Station, WI.

Bud was born August 18, 1930 in Lemonweir, Wisconsin the son of Henry and Marie (Schultz) Konemann. After returning from Korea in 1952 ending his Naval Service, he married Rose Flint on November 29, 1952 in Lyndon Station. They were blessed with three children, who begat seven grandchildren, who begat 12 great-grandchildren (with at least one more on the way). Bud dearly loved his wife, and his family, and his church and his town. He served them all admirably, with humor and grace that was present until his 33,558th and final day. He has been a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church for the last 70 years at least. And served in many capacities over the years (elder, treasurer and more). He served our country by enlisting in the Navy from 1949-1952. Bud served for the U.S. Postal Service and retired as the Lyndon Station Postmaster in 1990. He was a member of the Fire Department, V.F.W and the Village Board. If he knew you, he struck up a conversation. If he didn't know you he still struck up a conversation, and remembered your name and everything you talked about.

Bud is survived by his wife, Rose, just a few months shy of their 70 ^th anniversary; children, Linda (Dennis Heatley) of Sycamore, IL, Michael (Brenda Wheeler) of Waukesha, WI, Mark (Bonnie Zoellner)  of Lyndon Station, WI; sister, Evelyn Rule of Bridgeview, IL; 7 grandchildren, Shannon and Heather Heatley, Kristina, Mychal, Becca and Ali Konemann; 12 great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Ethan, Lucia, Luther, Lazarus, Lorraine, Lena, Lydia, Logan, Parker, Isabella and Scarlett. He is preceded in death by his parents and five siblings, brother, Robert and sisters, Marie, Myrtle, Ruth, Arlene; and grand-daughter, Kayla.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made out to the American Diabetes Association.
