Concetta Swan, age 52, of Madison, Wisconsin passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

Concetta was born September 27, 1972 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin the daughter of Ollie and Vera (Spivey) Carroll.

She is survived by her son Jadon Swan, Mother Vera Carroll, Brothers Clyde Carroll, Robert Carroll, Sister Vera (Duayne) Walker and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

She is preceded in death by her Father Ollie Carroll, Former Husband Brian Swan; Paternal Grandparents Clyde and Concetta Carroll; Maternal Grandparents Lonnie and Virgie Spivey; Uncles Jerry Spivey, John Gwinn and Gaither Simmons, Aunt Concetta Simmons and Cousin Antonio Frias.
