Crystal D. Schroeder, age 48, of Mauston, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI.

Crystal was born on February 19, 1974 in Waukegan, IL. She was the daughter of Donnie and Mary (Fogarty) Castleberry. Her favorite thing to do was sit outside and soak up the sun, while listening to her favorite music played by Nelly. Crystal loved spending time with her grandchildren, they were a big part of her life.

Crystal is survived by her parents, Mary (Brian) Turner and Donnie Castleberry; her children, Jacob and Marisa Schroeder and 2 grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Brian (Megan) Turner; nieces, nephews; previous husband, Keith Schroeder, along with other relatives and many friends.
