Crystal Wilson-Bearcomesout (Queen of Eagles), age 61 of Baraboo, Wisconsin, walked on Thursday, November14, 2024.
A funeral service for Crystal will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 12 Noon at the Native American Church with Myron Wanatee Jr. officiating. The visitation will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12 Noon. She will be laid to rest at Spring Grove Cemetery following the service.
Crystal was born on November 8, 1963, in Independence, Iowa. The daughter of Ernest Wilson Sr. and Betty Lou Williams. Crystal enjoyed many things in life including traveling, cooking, being a food critique, storytelling, playing dominos, board games, bingo and laughing and making people laugh. She was a loving mother to her three children but was known as a second mom to all her children's friends. She knew how to give a good whooping if one of the kids did something to cause it and everyone knew that Crystal was one to lay down the law. Most important to Crystal was her family and spending as much time with them as she could.
Crystal is survived by her three children; Mashu Akeen, Cliffton Latrell Akeen and Yvette Nakai, she is also a loving grandmother to 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She is also survived by her brothers Ernest (Ray) Wilson Jr, Merrill Wilson and Jason (Juliet) Wilson, and her sisters Marjorie (Soctt) Raisbeck and Anna Wilson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, brother Steven K. Wilson and daughter Marquita Akeen.
