David "Leland" Klein, age 61, of Wisconsin Dells, WI passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at his home.

No services are planned at this time.

David was born December 13, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Edward and Dorothy (Koller) Klein.

Leland spent 12 years helping with the daily operation and security detail for JPM Enterprises. He enjoyed watching the Badgers, Bucks and Packers. His favorite team was the Milwaukee Brewers and his favorite player was Manny Pina.  He also loved cheering for various Wisconsin Dells baseball teams over the years. When sports weren't on, he liked watching Hogan's Heroes, The Andy Griffith Show and The Three Stooges. Every July he would really look forward to watching all the episodes of Shark Week.

Thanks Leland for the good times and memories. You provided more laughs than you'll ever know and will be missed by many my friend. His life's dream was to go to the ocean and be with the great white sharks. Hope you enjoy the Pacific Ocean "Daddy Shark".

Memorial donations to the Wisconsin Dells Legion Post 187 or Wisconsin Dells Little League would be appreciated.

Leland is survived by his sisters, Kathy and Carol Klein. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Dorothy.
