Edward Fredrick Topping Jr., 60, of Madison, Wisconsin, walked on peacefully on December 26, 2024. He was born on August 5, 1964, to Edward Topping Sr. and Corrine Decorah in El Paso, Texas.

JR is survived by his wife, Lisa; sons Ares, Robert, and Cole and daughter Sera. He is further survived by a brother Dennis Lewis Sr.; sisters Vicki BrownEagle, Tina Topping, and Louise (Lulu) Topping; and three grandsons and two granddaughters. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and extended family, who will cherish his memory. JR was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Karen, Sharon, and Edna, and his nephew Justin and niece Corinna. He was also preceded by his brother Kenny and sister Bernie Fleury.

He was deeply loved by his family and friends. His humor, warmth, and generosity will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A memorial service to honor JR's life will be held at Siga Funmaker Community Center in Wittenberg, Wisconsin on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 12:00 Noon. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 noon. Burial will be at John Stacy Memorial Cemetery following the service.
