Imogene Julson, age 97, of Oxford, Wisconsin, passed away on March 31, 2025.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Davis Corners Methodist Church in Wisconsin Dells, with Pastor Damon Pfile officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.
Imogene was born in Oxford on January 17, 1928 to Harold and Phylis (Foreman)Dunham. She graduated from Wisconsin Dells High School in 1947, and married Donald (DJ) Julson in 1954 and was a lifelong member of the Oxford VFW Auxiliary. She was a member of the Davis Corners Methodist Church and worked for the Community Action Head Start in Wisconsin Dells.
Imogene was a great sister, wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her children: Rosa (Bert) Burns, Jan (Phil) Smalley, Sandy Adee, Karen Richardt, Brian, Rich and Ray (Cynthia) Julson. She is further survived by siblings, Clinton Dunham and Charlene Frank; 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren, along with her Best Friends from the Methodist Church breakfast group.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings Arlene Wright, Merton Dunham and Meralyn Haferman; daughter and son-in-law, June and Gary Coon, daughter-in-law Susett Julson; sons-in-law Dave Adee and Jim Richardt; grandchildren, Melissa Adee, Josh Richardt, Harold Van Horn, and Jacob Kabacinski.
