Obituary

James Hall Sr., age 83, of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin, passed away on February 23, 2026.

Jim was born February 26, 1942, in Mauston, Wisconsin, the son of Clarence and Rose (Krivitz) Hall Sr. Jim was a hardworking, honest man who was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He spent his days doing what he loved: working on his farm. Jim was a man of faith and devoted his life to his God. He loved watching football and having a good meal, with a cold one. He was one of the kindest men you could ever know. His family and all who knew him will miss him greatly.

James is survived by his wife Judy, sons James (Bridgett) Jr., Benjamin (Amy); daughter Lynn (Lenard) Novak; along with 6 grandchildren (Kelly, Kyle, Keith, Kasi, Autumn and Abby) and 2 great-grandchildren (Connor and Cailyn).

He is preceded by his parents, brothers, John and Clarence Jr. and sister-in-law, Rose.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lyndon Station, Wisconsin, with Fr. Cryton Outschoorn celebrating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00. Burial will be at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
