John W. Biebesheimer Jr., age 90, of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at his home.

John was born February 11, 1934, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of John and Ruth (Sherman) Biebesheimer Sr. John graduated from West Division High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1952. After high school he proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps. He would then go onto marrying the love of his life Marlene Fisher in 1958. He built their family home in Tichigan, WI all by himself and completed it in 1967. He worked at AC Spark Plug/GM/Delco. He built parts for the Apollo space ships along with automotive parts. He took courses in electronics. John also taught woodworking to 4H kids, he enjoyed reading and was self-educated on a lot of different things. He loved classical music and the outdoors. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, and fishing. Most of all he loved his outdoor adventure trips he took to Canada for 10 days up to two weeks up there. He would canoe and navigate through the lakes, and rivers and a lot of the rapids in the wilderness of Canada. This was all self-supported and self-navigated before gps and cell phones and he did a lot of self-survival up there. After John retired, he bought a 5th wheel camper and enjoyed traveling around the country and seeing the sights, fishing, hiking, and visiting with relatives. In his spare time, he would raise honeybees and make honey.

He is survived by his sons, Edward (Whitney), James (Gwen); daughter, Laura Fisher; brother, Frederick (Ellen); sisters, Carol Hendricks, Dorothy Henderson, and Elizabeth Jung. John is further survived by his 5 grandchildren: Joanne McMillan, Michael McMillan, Rebecca Biebesheimer, Jamie Biebesheimer, and August Biebesheimer. And one great-grandson Brody McMillan.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Marlene Fisher and a son, John Biebesheimer III.
