John Romocky, of Roseville, Minnesota, died on June 1, 2022 in his home in Wisconsin Dells, WI.

The son of Joe and Elizabeth Romocky was born on March 15, 1960. John grew up in Roseville, Minnesota, with his sister Janet and his brother Todd. He is survived by his sister, Janet Romocky Windsor and his son, Michael Romocky and former wife, Lynn Wilkus.

John's Memorial Service will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 1:30pm. The Fort Snelling Honor Guard will conduct the service, joined by the Honor Guard of the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

After the Memorial Service, The Hoggsbreath Bar and Restaurant at 2504 Rice Street in Roseville, will be welcoming all family and friends of John. Beginning at 3:00 p.m. and lasting well into Friday night. John has so many very good friends. We will all get to talk about John's accomplishments and our memories when get to see each other all again. There will be so many great stories and laughter and love to go all around!

John still holds the record for the most parachute jumps (300) while serving in the 82nd Airborne and buying that Yellow Z-28 Camaro at eighteen years old.
