Julian Tylka, age 70, of Wisconsin Dells, WI, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022, peacefully, at his home.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Wisconsin Dells with Father Miroslaw Szynal celebrating. Visitation will be held at Picha Funeral Home in Lake Delton on Friday, January 28 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 3:00 p.m. with Father Eric Sternberg and again on Saturday morning at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 12:00 Noon. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Wisconsin Dells, WI.

Julian was born July 4, 1951, in Poland, the son of Edward and Stanislawa (Tylka) Tylka. From an early age he found himself drawn to anything on wheels. The motorcycle he drove indoors after his mother told him he could not ride it outside. To later in life, the heavy machinery he drove while in the military and firetrucks while serving in the Kombinat, Nowy Targ. Julian immigrated to the United States in 1993 with his family. His retirement was spent bee keeping and taking care of the garden.

Julian is survived by his children, son, Robert Tylka of Wisconsin Dells; daughter, Kasia Ragan of Wisconsin Dells; brother, Andzej Tylka of Oaklawn, IL and brother, Edward (Mary) Tylka of Wisconsin Dells.

Julian is preceded in death by his wife, Krystyna Tylka; father, Edward Tylka; mother, Stanislawa Tylka and brother, Stanislaw Tylka.
