Kasia Kowalski, age 74, of Friendship, Wisconsin passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Wisconsin Dells with Fr. Piotr Janas celebrating. Visitation will be held at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Kasia was born October 7, 1951 in Poland, the daughter of Józef and Kamila Kisiewicz.

She will be remembered for her hardworking spirit, generous heart, and the warmth she shared with everyone around her. She found great joy in gardening and took pride in caring for her flowers and plants, creating beauty wherever she lived. She deeply loved her pets and treated them as part of the family. Together with her husband, Wojciech, she proudly owned and operated the Deer Trail Motel, where her hospitality and kindness made every guest feel welcome and at home. She had many dear friends and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her compassion, strength, and caring nature touched countless lives and will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her loving children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
