Lawrence "Larry" Hadac, age 73 of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin surrounded by his loving family.
A graveside service for Larry will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024, at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Lyndon Station at 1:00 PM with Rev. James Hesse presiding. A celebration of Larry's life will be held at a later date.
Larry was born on May 24, 1951, in New Prague, Minnesota. The son of Edward and Marcella (Novak) Hadac. He married the love of his life Margo Janda on May 9, 1970, in Le Center, Minnesota. He was the owner of Nieman Central Wisconsin Roofing and was extremely proud of his business. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved spending time in his garden, with his favorite dogs by his side. Larry had a love for old cars and enjoyed spending time working on them with his sons and grandsons. He loved his family immensely and he had great pride in his grandchildren. He always enjoyed helping family and friends on any project, big or small.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Margo, his sons Mark (Heidi) Hadac, Mike Hadac and Bart Bilka and daughter Jill (Kurt) Biederman, his grandchildren, Alex, Kyle, Kendall and Kinley, and his great-granddaughter Novalee. He is also survived by his sister Mary Jean (Gil) Sirek and sister-in-law Carol Hadac, brother-in-law Jay (Linda) Janda, brother-in-law Pete (Shelly) Janda, sister-in-law Mary, sister-in-law Barbie and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Peter Hadac, brothers Mark and Steve Hadac and sister-in-law Janice Janda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Larry's name can be made to the Maurice C Harvey American Legion Post.
