Margaret Grimes, age 84, of Baraboo, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025.

Margaret was born November 22, 1941 in Madison, Wisconsin, the daughter of Otto and Lillian (Kellerman) List. Margaret spent most of her life in Dumas, Arkansas and moved to Wisconsin Dells after the death of her husband Walter. She worked for many years at Walmart as well as volunteering work at the Senior Center in Wisconsin Dells and Circus World in Baraboo. Margaret loved her neighbors where she resided, they all looked out for her and her family is grateful to them. Margaret was a lover of animals and always had a dog at her side. She will be greatly missed

Margaret is survived by her sister Irene Thompson in Waunakee, Wisconsin and two nephews, Daniel and David Thompson of Waunakee, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Walter Grimes; and brothers, Paul List and Ernist List
