Ralph Hamm, age 90, of Mauston, WI, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022.

An open house Celebration of Life will be held at Kozy's Pizza ( N6897 County Rd G, Mauston, WI 53948) on Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Ralph was born January 27, 1932 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Louis and Apollonia "Polly"(Dornacker) Hamm. He was working during High School to help his family during difficult financial times. Ralph was drafted at a young age and served in the U.S. Army-45 ^th Infantry Division for two years, in the Korean war. He was on the front lines. He was very proud of his Military Service and still wore his uniform jacket every Veteran's Day. After returning from Korea, Ralph worked as a house painter. In 1956, he married Rita Treml and they had 3 children together, Larry, Steve and Kathy. They lived on the family farm in Mauston, where he was a farmer and also did deliveries with his milk truck. In 1970, Ralph started the Snowmobile dealership and Excavation business along with two mobile home parks. After retiring, Ralph enjoyed the Lake and running his equipment.

Ralph is survived by his children, Larry (Diane) Hamm, Steve Hamm (Robin) and Kathy (Phil) Clark; grandchildren, Danny, Jordan, Reid, Lacy, Ross; great-grandchildren, Ellie, Hayes and Blair. He is further survived by his long-time companion, Sandy LaMarche.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials in Ralph's name may be made to St. Patrick's Church or School.
