Robert Utke Jr., Age 74, of Lake Delton, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, May 1, 2026.

No formal services are planned at this time.

Robert was born on February 3, 1952, in Portage, Wisconsin, the son of Robert and Ruth (Helmer) Utke. A man of deep faith, Robert lived his life in service to others and was known for his generous heart and joyful spirit.

Over the years, Robert wore many hats; everything from a beekeeper's helper to an auctioneer, stock car driver, and volunteer firefighter. He had a wide range of interests and was always open to learning and trying something new. Whatever the role, he brought sincerity and good humor to it, whether helping others, exploring a new interest, or sharing his time and talents.

Of all his many roles, Robert's favorite was being a devoted husband and a loving father to his two daughters. He was also a proud and loving grandfather to four grandchildren, each of whom shared a unique and special relationship with Grandpa.

His humor, warm hugs, singing, and genuine joy brought light to those around him, and these are the memories that will be held closest by those who loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; daughters, Laura (Tony) Whitefeather and Alicia Utke; sisters, Suzie (Harry) Erdman and Sandy (Raymond) Puttkammer; and four cherished grandchildren, Siris, Ashae, Indie, and Aries. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruth Utke.

Honoring Robert's wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held on May 30 at the Whitefeather farm in Custer, Wisconsin. Additional details will be shared at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
