Steven Wagner, age 50, of Necedah, Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. He was a proud United States Army Veteran who served his country with honor and dedication.

Services will be held on Friday September 11, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery (14875 West Greenfield Avenue. New Berlin, Wisconsin 53151). Services will conclude at the cemetery. 

Steve was born on September 30, 1975, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of Bruce and Donna (Wagner) Reeves. Growing up with a strong sense of duty, he went on to proudly serve in the US Army as a member of the elite 101st Airborne Division. His time in the military was a definitive chapter of his life, instilling in him a lasting spirit of comradery and resilience.

Those who knew Steve best knew the depth of his heart and his fierce loyalty to those he loved. In his final years, he poured an immense amount of time, energy, and care into supporting his loving mother, demonstrating a profound commitment to his family.

Steve faced deep, unseen battles with mental health. He is survived by his mother, Donna; his sister, Kimberly (Kevin) Holle; and his niece, Rebecca (Seth) Ogreenc. He was preceded in death by his father, Bruce, and his brother, Elbert.
