Tari Bergquist, age 63, of Baraboo, Wisconsin passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at her home.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Gathering will be held at the Picha Funeral Home in Lake Delton, WI on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Tari was born March 25, 1959 in Portage, Wisconsin, the daughter of Lyle McConochie and Kathleen (Gleiter) Schliesman. She graduated from Cambria Friesland High in 1977 and studied at MATC Madison to be a manicurist, graduating in 2005. Tari enjoyed riding the Harley Davidson with Scott and taking out her sports car. She loved being with her fiancé, children, stepchildren and grandchildren and also enjoyed gardening.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Tari. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities. And her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met. She found great friendship with both LeeAnn Conrado and Marie Wiederhold. These ladies stood up with her during the entirety of her journey through cancer, the loss of her daughter (Ashley) and all other trials and tribulations in their lives. The family of Tari is eternally grateful for Marie and LeeAnn and all the love and support they gave throughout the years and especially in her final days.

Tari never hesitated to help people out and her gifts and gestures of kindness did not always need to be grand in size but most were many small things done with great amounts of love. The results of her good deeds leaves love growing in so many people's hearts and will continue to grow and blossom in the future.

Tari leaves behind a legacy of good deeds that brightened our dark world.

She is survived by her fiancé, Scott Morath; mother, Kathleen; son, Joel Bergquist; daughter, Amie Bergquist; 3 grandchildren, Mavis, Alana and Timothy. She is preceded in death by her father, Lyle; daughter, Ashley; brother, Scott Jon McConochie, and a grandson, Miles.
